This show has gotten unfairly poor ratings. It is a wonderful show that is teaching my son to speak. He has Apraxia, which makes speech is very difficult for him. This show is paced at a speed where children can actually follow what is being said and learn the material without watching it over and over and over. That being said, you won't mind watching it again and again. It is magical, creative and fun. I usually despise programming for kids but this is a winner for sure. It teaches kids to treat people with decency and acceptance without cramming morality messages down their throats. I REALLY hope they make more seasons of this show.
This show is fantastic. It's funny at times and has some catchy tunes. The graphics are on par with the computer generated kid shows of today.
My son doesn't watch much TV, but when he does, it has to be this show. He loves it and dances to the songs. The method they use to teach words, letters and phonetics is clever and engaging.
I really don't understand the low rating that it has currently (3/10). It almost seems like there are false reviews appearing? There are definitely incoherent ones, and it makes me believe that the show was just targeted by some people who were bored and wanted to see ratings get affected by their efforts.
If you're truly a parent and want to know if this show is worth watching, then ignore those other reviews.

I am not part of the targeted demographic, but I wish I had this show as a kid. Not only does 'Wallykazam' expand kids' vocabulary, but also puts them in fun situations. The situations are creative, and could influence a kid to engage in higher-level thinking.
My only qualms about the show would be that the animation could be better. The animation is not as fluid as it could be, but that is only a minor setback. The average kid watching couldn't care less about the animation. Content-wise, the show is excellent and the voice-acting is impeccable. This show is adorable, and I would recommend this to children.

I'm hoping that my son doesn't watch a lot of TV and uses his own imagination in play...that being said, this show holds his attention for 20 minutes straight and I find nothing inappropriate about it.
The 'villains' are hilarious (I'm a fan of Bobgoblin) and the phonetic lessons are great for the very young.
Wally teaches rhyming (all the magic words had to rhyme with bash), letter sounds, and group letter sounds (sp, tr, etc).
Most of the characters are likable and the songs are catchy. I think this show is a great opportunity for learning in young children. I certainly hope there are more episodes made!

This show is fantastic. Educational yet fun., very different than all the same stuff that's out right now. It has great characters (love Bobgoblin), catchy songs, and educational content. The stories focus on problem solving, kindness, and friendship, but also includes phonics, early reading, and letter recognition. It keeps the educational aspect of the show front and center while still being entertaining. The visuals are colorful and engaging, the voice acting is spot on and the music is great; the characters are smart, funny and engaging, as are the stories. I hope this is one series that keeps going. The creator of this show is brilliant!and honestly teaches words that sometimes I didn't even know! ;)Go WALLY!
