Although some people online have criticised the faster pacing of the episode, I enjoyed how engaging it was all the way through. The episode gave a lot of characterisation to new characters like Vi, who is an incredibly fun comic-relief character, and included more scenes with other cast members such as Lop and Zam who haven't had much opportunity to shine yet. With the building mystery of the detective's presence (whose appearance near the end of the episode was genuinely shocking, and had some great camerawork and acting) and Ivory's new interactions and development, I feel like the series is really finding it's footing here and becoming something besides just a cool minecraft project, but instead something that can stand on its own as a great story.
