This is a strong six.
The visual effects in the film are very well done and the acting and story are good as well. The film was made for a 30 day action film competition but it doesn't look rushed at all.
It was a brave move to produce sf for an action competition. The decision was based on the availability of team members.
I really enjoyed it - although I felt it would have warranted being longer to allow another few minutes to be spent on story and character development. The length of the film may have been a condition of the competition.
Could "Havelock" be developed into a successful feature film? I think it probably could.
