Not that bad of a movie except for the idiocy of the two antagonists!!

This film doesn't appear to be too bad, tough the two antagonists who are apparently dogcatchers seem to act all stupid and idiotic enough to not hatch a very successful diabolical scheme that involves "dog napping" a specially talented dog who not only can talk, but can also sing as well. Aside from all this, nothing bad about this sort of entertainment.
