Naga is famous for making the most loved Tamil Series ever "Marma Desam: Vidathu Karuppu". While nothing can beat that series, "Aindham Vedam" is fairly entertaining and keeps your interest till the end.
It has a story which combines folklore, religion and scifi. The Varanasi shots are beautiful. The cast is excellent with Naga's usual suspects Devadarshini and Ramji. The main role is played by Dhansika and she does a good job as a very modern woman who finds herself challenged by unexplainable occurrences.
The Radhika mobile character is very annoying but a reasonable connection happens to the end.
For people complaining the AI etc is nonsense please note this is a fantasy/fiction so has to be taken with a grain of salt.
Very much looking forward to Season 2.

Best story line acting direction and it makes you think about.why we should know more about our past widely explan about vedas as it say it all but after a sudden part they start to explain many other concept and has more than allooot of potential to explain everything you need to req to live a life specially not actually experience topics like rape and other case to get famous infact what the real culture is it explore every part of the every character and enjoyable in every bits tooo MUSSSSAT WATCH.as you'll enjoy it's bits and character also feel to rewatch it I m intrested for seeing further parts to.
Don't view the series as an endorsement of Hinduism or its caste system. Instead, appreciate it as a captivating mythology thriller-it's truly remarkable. I feel sorry for those who resort to political labels like "sanghi" in their reviews; it's disheartening to see such negativity. The director deserves respect, and the characters have their own justifications. With numerous twists and turns, the show keeps you engaged until the very end. This is purely an imaginative work from the director, aiming to present a fifth Veda. It's primarily a fictional narrative, so leave out any caste politics and enjoy it as a mythological thriller. It's best to ignore reviewers who express their political grievances without substance. These are the same crowd prohibit old Vinci code as well..
Great series. Amazing direction by Naga.open ended in ep 8, hence expecting season 2. Must watch. If someone likes old marmadesam, then this is must watch. Certain flaws are there, but overall great series to watch. Keeps the audience guessing at all times.
Need to watch again to connect the links, each characters had a part to perform and everyone had someway or the other to connect to eachother. Usage of AI concepts will take time to understand, but overall a great attempt and expecting season 2 to be even more gripping and fast moving.
Will wait for the next season, am now tempted to watch marmadesam once more.
