Okay...me and my wife can really only agree on horror films...and this was the ONLY new movie in the red box. we looked at each other and shrugged..."How bad could it be?" she asked. Dear god! Why? WHY did we even try to watch this? I looked it up online after the...VERY slow 20 minutes...which is all we could stand. The acting...what little there was...not to mention the DAZZLING (Sarcasm) special effects. The budget was $50 grand and it's just a shame it had to go into...that. I know I didn't watch the whole thing...but I have this ability to know if a movie does not capture your interest at the beginning...really get you curious and hooked...there's no point watching after a certain point...sorry.

I review horror films for a living. This film was unique, low budget but unique. I give it 7 out of 10 stars for being original and thinking outside the box. Original Story Good Outline Actor was medium Currently on Red Box. Not really that good but better than the other eight previous movies. Ignore the poor reviews. The story's a cracker, the action is deftly executed and it's largely, a fun ride. original and ritualistic, with nice supernatural flourishes and an outcome that will surprise those unfamiliar with the original story. A wickedly entertaining, sometimes thrilling adventure. A terrific middle chapter with plenty of action, excitement and fun. The score on this movie could have been improved Hector

6 minutes of death shouldn't be this good. But it is. How can the director turn a movie that cost 5k into a feature with a wide release? He has and did before. In fact, I found it rather great. 6 minutes of death a lot of descriptions were bandied about. Many said it was very so so, I'd say the film is a Hitchcockian execution with a story that feels started from the brain of a deep horror fan director. But I don't want all of that to say 6 minutes of death is the best horror film I have ever seen. It is very much its own thing and credit for the film rests heavily on on the no script style of director Joe Ciminera who normally gets your palms wet and cold. Combine that with a dedicated performance by a few known B actors and you've got a masterful display of suspense that in my opinion is a worth watch, Enjoy the film

Quite possibly the worst community theater "actors" on the planet got together with a seriously deluded writer/director and made this piece of flotsam.....ghastly....hilariously bad acting......incomprehensible plot and script.......uncomfortably inferior writing and delivery of badly written dialogue......apparently, anybody that contributed money to this project was cast in a speaking role....so many characters that it was impossible for continuity......the only good work was the actual camera operation and special effects.....all wasted by community theatre-quality direction......somebody in that cast had big money, because Red Box got paid to put it in their machines....I turned it off after 15 minutes of gawping in wonder....

"The Library" or "6 Minutes of Death" actually indicates in the title itself just about how long you will be able to endure this ordeal of a horror movie. I managed to survive 10 minutes into the movie before I just gave up entirely.

The acting in the movie was just anything but impressive, and it was the main reason for why I gave up and threw the towel into the ring. This was amateurish on every account, and it didn't really work out well on the screen.

With the 10 minutes I watched, I have no idea what this movie is really about, aside from the synopsis that I read here on IMDb. And I can't claim to have any interest in finding out more about the storyline or the characters portrayed in the movie.

As for the special effects, well again I have no idea. All I managed to see in the 10 minutes was a change of person in a mirror, as some girl was apparently getting messages from a little girl through the mirror. And that effect was very simple and required no special effects. Again, I can't claim to have any interest in finding out more about if there are special effects in the movie. But hands on heart, then I highly doubt it because the entire 10 minutes that I watched just oozed low budget and low practical effects.

I have no intention of returning to finish this movie.
