Rented because the high ratings. Made no sense, and just boring. Not scary or suspenseful at all. Not sure why people rated it so high. I guess you can't trust the reviews and ratings anymore. Probably AI generated. I want my money and my time back. This was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Don't waste your time or money. I don't usually give reviews, but this one was so bad I felt I owed it to the rest of the potential viewers to warn them not to rent this. Just plain stupid and boring. Story doesn't go anywhere. After 80 minutes you are no further along than when the opening credits ran. Garbage.
Incredible performances and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's a great thriller and has all the elements you could ask for. It is beautifully shot, and the cinematography really adds to the genre. The second it starts you feel like you are a part of the world and watching the movie from a first hand perspective. If you are trying to support indie filmmaking, this is one you shouldn't miss and you won't regret the purchase. It has a small cast, but the actors are all able to support the story wonderfully. Mickey O'sullivan shines in a way that is deeply disturbing and enigmatic.
This movie got a high rating so I paid for it, only to be extremely let down. The acting was horrible, the plot line got lost and was very unbelievable. Save yourself the trouble. This movie was not good at all. I was really looking forward to a good psychological thriller. This movie just missed the mark completely. And no resolve at the end was even worse. The writers and producers definitely fell short on this one. I hope someone reads this review and is able to avoid making the same mistake I did. I am a huge movie buff and love many types of movies. Psychological movies are my favorite. This was too predictable and c+ acting at best.
Without ever having heard about this movie, as I stumbled upon it in 2025, I still opted to watch the movie. Sure, I virtually didn't know what I was in for here, and thus harbored no expectations.
Writers Matt H. Miller and Michael Panico put together a very bland and slow paced narrative. I struggled to keep feigning an interest in the movie, and ended up perusing my mobile phone whilst the movie droned on as mere background noise.
I was not familiar with a single actress or actor on the cast list, which was actually something that worked in favor of the movie. Despite the fact that the script was rubbish, then I will say that the acting performances were fair.
"Room Six" is not a movie that I would recommend you to waste 79 minutes on watching. There are far, far better thrillers readily available out there.
My rating of writers and directors Matt H. Miller and Michael Panico's 2024 thriller "Room Six" lands on a generous three out of ten stars.

Great film and production. This film was a masterclass in suspense. From the opening scene to the final frame, the tension never let up, keeping me on the edge of my seat. Every twist felt earned, and the pacing was relentless without ever feeling rushed. The cinematography was incredible - dark, gritty, and intensely focused, perfectly matching the story's tone. Clever use of lighting and tight framing built an atmosphere thick with paranoia and uncertainty. Every scene felt purposeful and immersive. A must-watch!!!! I highly recommend.
Devon Gulati is phenomenal director and producer. Great job!
