During her hypnoses session it is seen that her memory is taken from her she could clearly hear what others say, especially when Baguette approached her. However later she revealed that she couldn't hear anything due to her ear plugs. It doesn't make sense if she could hear something in one moment and couldn't hear in the next moment while having the same status.
