Anaon

So I just finished checking out "Anaon," the French series that dropped on Prime Video a few months ago, and I have to say, it's definitely worth a look if you're into something a bit different.

What really grabbed me from the start is how it blends a family drama with a genuine supernatural thriller. You've got Max, a gendarme dealing with the recent loss of his wife, trying to solve a missing girl case, which feels very grounded and real. But then there's his daughter, Wendie, who starts experiencing these bizarre, unexplainable things, and it quickly becomes clear there's something much older and creepier at play. It's like watching a police procedural collide with a coming-of-age fantasy, and somehow, it totally works.
