An incredible film that leaves no one indifferent! Her directorial style is unmistakably unique - clearly recognized by numerous international film festivals where the film received well-deserved awards. So much effort, all carried out with deep sensitivity. Thanks to Anastasiia, I had the opportunity to dive deeper into analog animation - and eventually bring to life her solo exhibition of drawings from "I Died in Irpin" and other works at my Voitok Gallery. Visitors were truly moved by the emotional depth and craftsmanship Anastasiia Falileieva poured into this short film.

Anastasiia has a uniq point of view and directing style. "I died in Irpin" is one of the most impressive films that I have ever seen.

It touches personal experience against the backgrounf of the greatest disaster of our days - fullsclae war if russia in Ukraine. It makes this film deep, emotional and honest.

An honest story about violence from a loved one in the midst of occupation. A healing reflection. It is especially valuable for those who have experienced violence to understand that you are not alone. In general, it is very interesting to watch the development of each of the characters, especially those who ignore security for the sake of the illusory preservation of their own property. The story will be interesting to everyone, regardless of the context of life. To understand what horrors happen behind closed doors, and what horrors Ukraine is experiencing now, in the middle of Europe. At the same time, this is not a story about death, but about life and hope.
