He's sad, but is he loveable?

The IMDB storyline states, "Sad, loveable businessman Norman tries to give a speech at a business conference, and goes through everything from coffee spills on slide frames, his speech falling in his toilet, and a fire alarm, all while failing to do such a simple job..." This storyline basically summarizes the entire short, as there isn't much development for the characters or the plot. I disagree with IMDB stating that Norman is loveable, as I find him to be unbelievably frustrating. I am not going to give a recommendation for this short, as any person watching Norman Gives a Speech is watching as part of the Rifftrax Live episode of Night of the Living Dead. Overall, this short is terrible but a great choice for a Rifftrax episode.
