This series is for those who love mess and their characters messier. You’re not going to find perfection, wholesomeness or the traditional sense of romance in Yakuza Fiancé , but to me, that’s what makes it so compelling. As a manga reader, Yakuza Fiancé has been my most anticipated show this fall anime season, and I love that the anime adaptation doesn’t hold back on showing just how the characters and their relationships with each other aren’t… normal, to put it politely. Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is turning into an increasingly unpredictable shojo anime, sweeping fans in for a wild ride with a plot full of morally corrupt characters that still manage to win the hearts of viewers worldwide. The anime has made itself out to be a pretty unique romance in the way that every major character so far has glaringly bright red flags when it comes to their relationship with main character, Yoshino Somei.

Every show has its problematic characters and toxic relationships, butas the granddaughter of a Yakuza leaderprotagonist Yoshino is a magnet for them. Despite the sweet bonds she has formed with all the major characters shown thus far, every one of them possesses a deeply concerning quality that, although they're delightful to watch, would trigger anyone's flight or fight response in real life.

Yakuza Fiance is a romantic crime drama anime following the events of Yoshino Somei getting forcibly engaged to the heir to the Miyama yakuza family. Yoshino and her new fiance, Kirishima, don't always get along. In fact, they began on fairly bad terms after getting to see Kirishima's true colors. However, Yoshino is determined to get her revenge on her fiance for all the struggles he put her through, no matter how much it ends up costing her.

Yakuza Fiance couldn't thrive without Yoshino's character carrying the action and plot on her shoulders. She's a strong, independent woman who is willing to work for the things she wants, even if it puts her in danger. She's an admirable character in the world of shojo who brings to mind fellow heroines, who stand bravely in the face of danger and shame.

Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is already filled with captivating characters. But Episode 5 is primed to introduce one of the most interesting characters yet. As Yoshino and Kirishima contend with exams, they will finally meet Yoshinos bubbly cousin, Tsubaki Akashigata.

Tsubaki is Yoshinos half-cousin on Renjis side, but the two have many similarities. While Tsubaki has the outward appearance of a bright, nice young woman, she has a secret dark side that comes out when people least expect it. Like Yoshino, Tsubaki knows how to get what she wants, and isnt afraid to threaten people to achieve her goals. Fans will get to witness Tsubakis shenanigans in the upcoming episode of Yakuza Fianc.

Episode 3 of the anime Yakuza Fiance: Raisa wa Tanin ga Ii aired on October 21, 2024. This episode, titled "The Triangle From Hell", introduces a third member to this strange romantic situation, giving birth to a twisted love triangle. The episode begins with Kirishima having his head between another girl's legs. She tells him it's been some time since they were last together like this and asks if he managed to get a girlfriend.

He's more than happy to tell this girl about Yoshino, even showing her pictures he took without her noticing. His sidepiece isn't impressed. Based on the way Kirishima tells her that Yoshino is always angry at him, she tells Kirishima to give up on Yoshino. She probably even has a guy back in Osaka that she likes. Kirishima insists he doesn't mind if that's the case, and that it might make things more interesting.

Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is one of the newest romances of animes 2024 Fall season, featuring the odd and (endearingly) problematic pair of Yoshino Somei and the unhinged Kirishima Miyama, who were brought into an arranged marriage to unite their Yakuza families. Anime fans are only two episodes deep in this romantic crime-centric drama, and already the series main couple has presented a number of red flagsparticularly on Kirishimas side.

However, the end of episode 2 of Yakuza Fianc debuts Kirishimas possible divine retribution in the form of a manga character that may be able to combat Kirishimas criminalistic tendencies and blind violence. Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is an award-winning romantic dramedy manga written and illustrated by Asuka Konishi. Its anime adaptation, one of the most anticipated series of the Fall 2024 lineup, just recently premiered with a hilarious 10/10 pilot that perfectly lays out the story of Yoshino Somei, the granddaughter of a Yakuza leader who wishes for nothing more than an ordinary and stress-free life as a high school girl. We’re more than halfway through September and barreling into the Fall, which means Crunchyroll has some new goodies falling onto the streamer.

Some summer titles, like “Tower of God” Season 2,” “Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest” and “True Beauty” are all set to continue on through the fall from their summer premieres.

But let’s get into the new series and films the anime streamer has in store. Kicking off the fall is the series debut of “Demon Lord, Retry!,” which premieres Sept. 28. And later in October, the anime streamer will drop two series for the lovers, “365 Days to the Wedding” and “You Are Ms. Servant.” Plus, the anticipated next installment of the “Dragon Ball” franchise, “Dragon Ball Daima,” which will make its debut on Oct. 11.
