This is beyond amazing! There's so many things that we men are dealing with in this world and some of us don't have an outing to release so much stuff that we're dealing with our coping with, I found myself watching this show while walking on the treadmill the other day. It's beyond amazing! I can't say it enough, this is exactly what we need! I plan on telling a bunch of my other friends about this, because as I said earlier a lot of us men suffering silence, and that silence become a wall sometimes that we put ourselves into that causes us to become damaged or become extremely dangerous to ourselves and sometimes in the circle of people around us. I honestly don't think that most people realize the suicidal rate between male and female in this country seems to be soaring when it comes to a male mental issue. I hope that this show expand a lot of men's mental capacity and mental health needs.

This show is like free group therapy! I only watched the first episode, which focused on men dealing with anxiety and depression, but there was something in it for everyone.
I really like that there are so many different type professionals on the 'counsel' that share different approaches on how to cope with the issue. In the case of episode one, the issue is anxiety and depression. I don't know anyone who doesn't have a bit of one, the other or both.
Looks like episode two is focusing on grief. I'm going to dive right in.
Big plus for me is that, at times, the counselmen share a personal experience.
