Salvaged

This is such a beautiful love story of how Jesus loves each of us and salvages our brokenness and scars into Beauty and Peace. The character of Riley Bennett is an example of the kind of young man that I think every mother would like her daughter to meet and marry! Attie, the lead female character, is in need of healing and nurturing after she experiences a great loss in her life. To live with the Bennetts is the perfect solution for her. We get to walk with her through her pain and doubt and see how she turns to Jesus for help. As the series continues, we get to see relationships restored, and emotional scars healed. I believe that with the Salvaged Series, Stefne Miller takes her place in the Christian Fiction world. She is an Author who can grab your interest right from the beginning pages, and keep it until the very end. She has a certain down to earth way of making us "see" the characters we're reading about. In this web series, we now get a chance to really see the characters from her books come to life. I hope it will encourage people who haven't read her books to pick them up and read them.

Being a lover of the Salvaged book series, it's always scary seeing something I loved portrayed in a bigger and broader structure. Not having what you've created in your mind reflected in a visual can sometimes ruin the feel of the story itself. After seeing the pilot episodes in full, I am 100% confident that the director, Paul Morrell along with the help of the author, Stefne Miller, that they have keep the story true to its original paper-roots. Jayna Sweet and Bret Green (Attie and Riley) bring every detail--funny, light-hearted, heartbreaking, sweet moment-- to the screen POP to make me feel like I'm reliving the pages of the book. I think this series is a wonderful series for all ages whether you're a Christian or not. It teaches us how to go on when we think we have nothing left to give; it's a role model for young girls and a lesson to young men on how they should be treated by each other. And without a doubt, Salvaged is about learning how to accept the help of our friends and family and still somehow manage to find unexpected love out of a tragic situation. I could not recommend the book or this TV series enough! For anyone out there considering this story, I hope you give it a try. It's worth every minute!

This series is phenomenal! The books were excellent and they couldn't have done a better job at creating the series.

I seriously cannot express in words my love for this series! Very, very, VERY well done!! The actors chosen for the series are beyond perfect.

The script is fabulous! I honestly love every single episode.

Each scene is so well thought out and follow the book practically to a 'T'.

Each actor portrays their respective character like the actually lived the lives from the book.

I cannot think of a better way this could have been done.

This is the greatest, life changing story! Once you start watching, you truly can't stop. Salvaged impacted my heart in a real life way. Anyone, anywhere can relate to the characters and their struggles. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone! You'll instantly fall in love with Riley and Attie! Attie is a character for everyone female to connect with, young or old. We all have our issues at some point, but Attie displays how to really handle them while creating something out of her life. Not to mention, Riley is a total hot-tie hunk and so super sweet! This will have you on your toes for more, and that's for sure!!! 100% OBSESSED <3
