This story begins with a rich father who hired actors and a setting of ancient village scenery. Then his son was injected with a shot of sleep-inducing medication and was transported to that ancient scenery place. The son woke up in a "16th century Ottoman village" and believed that he had actually made a trip back in time. The son begins a new life of an ancient servant - hostler, among horses, chickens and actors disguised in ancient Ottomans. At the same time, the son is constantly being watched through hidden cameras by a psychologist and a group of specialists. This group is watching and analyzing his behavior and reactions.
The film is very bright and dynamic. Sometimes it's difficult to keep up with the plot and it's not immediately clear what's going on. There are very beautiful Turkish actors and wonderful historical costumes. The scenery of the ancient Ottoman city is amazing, the past is filmed very realistically. This is a very beautiful and very unusual film.

It was an excellent comedy movie. The acting, the cast, the subject of the movie, the editing, the comedy elements, the last scene and everything until it reached the songs were tremendous. Definitely a movie worth watching. For me, it ranks high in Turkish movies. The only 1 point I broke was that the end of the movie was predictable. That's why I broke 1 point. However, in general, it was a very good movie. The harmony of Kerem Bürsin and Melis Sezen was great. While watching the movie, their speeches and dialogues always caught my attention. Their partnership was also great. You need to watch a Turkish comedy movie.
I really liked this film with Kerem Bursin in the leading role. I watched the Russian original, where the leading role was played by the brilliant Milos Bikovic. I liked the Russian film more, in my opinion, it is funnier and more colorful. In the Turkish film, there are some inconsistencies in the plot, also I did not have enough romanticism in the love story of Mete and Asena. But Kerem Bursin in the leading role is fantastic! I saw him for the first time in a comedy, he did an excellent job of this genre! He is funny, handsome, touching! He has very good costumes, he is so organic in this historical role. Kerem Bursin is truly an excellent actor. I sincerely hope that the film will have a sequel and I will see this actor again. This film raises the eternal question: how can parents build relationships with their children, how to love children, but not spoil them, how to devote time to them, how to raise them, and at the same time give them freedom. It is no coincidence that the shock therapy conceived by Russian authors was well received in many countries - France, Mongolia, Italy...
In short: a good comedy for family viewing.
The humor is simple and clear, international.
At the same time, it has a great, lively Turkish flavor. Moreover, it was created not by artificial intelligence, but filmed in real scenery: the difference is obvious.
Well, the Turkish flavor of the time of Sultan Suleiman is aesthetically more pleasant than the medieval Russian village. Brighter and more fun.
The caste is objectively good. Kerem Byursin is very widely known to the audience. And beauty is not his main advantage. A strong actor with a powerful charisma. With a wide range of skills: Sometimes you want to spit at his hero Meta, he's so nasty. And Kerem is a great comedian, his facial expressions are inimitable.
Melissa Sezen has also been familiar to the viewer for a long time. She is a talented actress, and her chemistry with Bursin is fire.
Kerem Bursin's fans have received a cool new bromance: Evliya Haykan is not so well known outside of Turkey yet, but this comedian has a promising future. Funny, really funny. And together with Kerem, it's three times funny.
Disadvantages? There is, of course. Just like any movie. For me, there wasn't enough timing, literally 5-10 minutes in the final.
