A Grim Vision of Denmark's Future: A Disastrous Film

This film is nothing short of a disaster, a terrible and depressing experience that unfortunately paints a chillingly bleak picture of Denmark's possible future. It is a narrative permeated by a frightening reality where foreign gangs seemingly operate freely, turning Danish roads into dangerous zones for ordinary citizens. The film fails in no way to convey hope or a solution, but merely reinforces fear. The dialogue is nothing short of cringeworthy; every second word seems to be foreign ghetto slang, which not only sounds artificial and forced, but also completely out of place and often incomprehensible. It is an auditory nuisance that pulls the viewer out of any sense of immersion and leaves a feeling of annoyance and irritation. Unfortunately, the acting is also of a lamentably low standard. The performances seem amateurish and overacted, which further undermines the film's credibility and makes it almost unbearable to watch. The story lacks depth and nuance, and character development is non-existent. The film is a direct waste of time and money, and it leaves the viewer with a bitter taste in their mouth. One would be hard-pressed to find a more disappointing film. It fails on almost every count, from script to direction and execution. This is a film that should be avoided at all costs.

Best danish thriller/crimi in a very very long time!

Great movie with a nice plot and supleme acting all way round!

The story is original and I was entertained and also very emotional plenty of times as the characters is played to bravour.

It's bring memories to the 90's classics and the camera, light and sound is spot on!

So I was satisfied and loved it from the beginning to the end. I wish and hope for a second movie to follow up the existing open ending. It could have been 1 hour longer, because I just don't wanted to leave the environment and there was soo many characters to unfold and give more time on the screen. So please announce another one to take the story further.

Best danish movie, instruction and acting in a generation !

    Terrible just terribly bad

I am amazed by the reviews here.

The plot is weak with no real story, the characthers seem oddly aggravated all the time , the dialogue seem forced and with a (even for the types portrayed) unusually aggressive tone ridden by the f word.

The action scenes are not even second rate.

Howcome all the "boss" types are always sitting and eating whenever they are involved I did not pay to endure this actually rather boring movie and that was what it was worth. I did however pause it 3 times, and spend time going out for lunch & buying some cable ties that would actually restrain a grown man (unlike the ones used in the movie)

I know the Nørrebro area quite well and there realistically to few cops and ditto arrests.

    Sorrow

Me and my wife sat down tonight - even paid for it - prepared to watch a Danish film, a Danish crime drama. We found an arabic film, an arabic crime drama. Not the same.

It is not a great crime drama whoever arab made it or wherever it was conceived. It just leave me with such bottomless sadness...thist is what our Scandinavian countries have become, thanks to our politicians...S**t holes.

This is not my beloved Denmark.

Even if the story was filmed in Egypt, it's not a good one. Thin plot, unfathomable persons.

This film really makes me sad.

    A very good movie

This is a very good movie. One of the best gang movie ever made in Denmark. Exellent acting.

The story is deep, slow and Well building the lead roles ind the movie.

Very good exiting scenes as it builds up to the end of the movie.

Maybe we are lucky to get a follow up movie, they could easily continue the story.
