Do you remember the well-known Jay Leno skit called "Jay walking" whereby he interviews the average Joe on the street with simple questions, and the rest of us sit and laugh at the absurd answers they come back with?
Imagine a really bad reporter as Jay, and imagine they've rounded up the dumbest idiots imaginable being interviewed on the NYC subway platform, and this movie is that.
No spoilers needed as that pretty much sums it up. That's the whole movie. A solid hour of complete garbage with brutal dialogue, unless you enjoy seeing people prove they're as dumb as a brick.
