First off, what kind of sorority is led by two 80-year-old women and inducts women in their mid-30s? I guess I can start auditioning for frat boy roles even though I'm in my mid-50s.
I'm trying to think of something positive to say about this movie, but it's really hard. I mean reallllllly hard.
I guess I did learn something: nudity cannot make bad acting or a bad movie good.
This movie makes me wonder, was the acting really so bad that it made the movie terrible, or was the movie so bad that it made the acting terrible? I'm going to say both.
Sorry, I can't think of one positive thing about this movie. Very unattractive, out-of-shape actresses littered with tattoos(and in one case bruises), and zero acting ability. It amazes me that movies like this get made.

This movie was an actual delight to watch for a movie that I was not expecting to enjoy as much as I did and I was amazed at the overall experience I had.
From the start I got immersed in the characters who were all played well especially Mel Heflin's character Bambi who she played brilliantly by the way and you could tell the cast had an amazing time making it. The flow was great and the effects were actually pretty good for this and just an overall fantastic experience to watch.
I will definitely will be watching this again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a fun experience.

Oh boy, where to start. In a plot that is as straight forward as it gets. Two cannibal witches (Lynn Lowry and Ann Myrna) take revenge on college girls at a secret sorority for what happened to their family. One might ask how they have been getting away with killing and eating girls to stay alive for centuries and not get caught, well, don't worry about it and enjoy the movie.
Night of the Dead Sorority Babes (actually the film takes place over a couple nights) offers plenty of gratuitous nudity, which kicks off the film when the girls are stripped down to their undies, plenty of butt shots, some lewd actions with bananas, plus the typical pillow fight. The usual character tropes are present, there's the bitch (Anna Clary), the shy one (Angel Nichole Bradford), the smart one (Mel Heflin), the "ditzy" one (Ashleigh Amberlynn), the tough one (Kelsey Livengood), and the highly charged sexual one (Jessa Flux). Normally these characters would be nothing more than canon fodder. Show some boobs and get knocked off, but these are more than one dimensional characters, they have depth, backstories, and dare I say, character development.
The acting is average. Lowry and Myrna look like they are having a blast during the kill scenes that are done in a colorful palette that calls back to Creepshow. They crack one liners, some corny, as they knock off the girls one by one. Flux adds humor along with sexual teases with her roommate Amberlynn, who is not who she appears to be. Bradford and Livengood bond as the film progresses, though it be short and not fully fleshed out as the others. It's Clary and Heflin that carry the films poignant moments and the characters I felt most attached to, but it's Clary that gets the most character development out of the cast. Finally there's the sororities sarcastic head female Roxie (Mia Katz) who steals every scene she's in and I loved every minute of it.
I get what directors Angel Nichole Bradford and Steve Hermann were going for here and for the most part they succeed. Night of the Dead Sorority Babes knows what it is and doesn't take itself seriously until it needs to. It's a run of the mill, nonsensical horror film that despite its many flaws, is a guilty pleasure enjoyable film.
5/10.

I love the fact that all of the girls are not Barbie doll sticks and actually have personality in the film. Whether it's being a ditzy acting blonde, or an airheaded brunette with fake boobs all of the girls played their part well, and even added a slice of humor at points in the film.
It's a fun watch with a little twist you may or may not see coming. Either way, give it a shot and go into it with an open mind.
The plot is a little loose in some spots but overall serves its purpose and even leaves it open for a sequel at the end.
Oh and you get to see some really beautiful curvy girls who are topless, with their booties hanging out almost the entire film. ;)

The bad: Low budget, of course. A tad confusing. Some of the kills are kind of lackluster. The plot, while not as bad as you'd imagine, could have been better. And we're supposed to believe that all of these hot women are supposed to be virgins?
The good: Did I mention hot women? Most movies of this type have one or maybe two designated hotties, but this film is all women, and most of them would be the official hot one in any other movie. Many movies are doing well if the plot isn't completely predictable, but this one goes further and has you trying to guess who the protagonist(s) is/are, which is a fresh angle. Meaning, you don't just know at the start who the Final Girl is and patiently wait for the others to get bumped off until you get to the final showdown. This is more complicated than that. Everyone gets camera time, and that's a good thing, as most every character is more fleshed out than normal. That's not to say that they couldn't have made some of that background make a little bit more sense, but, hey, they already did a pretty good job of glittering the garbage.
I'd say it's about a 4 1/2 out of ten, which means rounding up to a solid 5 for IMDB's whole numbers only rating system.
