Paul and Trisha: The Art of Fluidity

Paul and Trisha is a fascinating portrait of a man - and a woman - who happen to occupy the same body. Paul has an impressive resume as an artist, from his time creating album covers for Genesis, Peter Gabriel, among many others. His alter-ego, Trisha, has her own body of work and distinct point of view about the world. Paul is not schizophrenic or suffering from a split personality, they're just a person exploring and expressing who they are in a way that is authentic to them. It's an entertaining and often emotionally moving character study that helps us, in these deeply polarizing times, to see someone who may be vastly different than us, but whose journey is every bit as valid. Fia Perera does a wonderful job bringing us into this intimate world. I highly recommend this film.
