Everything is great except the main female character and the actress. Oh my God how is it possible for one to ruin everything, she is so annoying, what a b**ch, playing the victim, awful. There are a lot of negative roles, but the actors play it so good, you actually root for them, not this one, wanted to break her neck all along, except relaxing, fills you with negative energy. Watching it because everything else is pretty good, the themes, actors, pretty interesting to keep up with, if you have enough nerves to ignore the main character and actress. Guess all the people who love medicine series will like it.

My wife and I were looking forward to this show; especially since we live in Miami and I was in the medical field but this was inherently bad. A show is almost assuredly over when you have no one to root for. Most of these characters are unlikabke. The flashbacks are jarring because we have to figure out when it's a flashback without any visual clues. The dialogue is ridiculous with many doctors and nurses talking about personal issues in front of patients. Uh uh that's rarely done. This was mostly boring soap opera and little medical stuff. As others have stated this can't hold a candle to The Pitt ( an excellent medical show ) or even Doc or Chicago Med. We will check out another ep or two but we're not holding up much hope. We will see.

Post: Yep tried one more ep and lasted just 10 minutes into ep 2. This is just so bad. Doctors contradicting each other and fighting to do a procedure in literally every. Single. Medical. Scene. Just no. Avoid. What a shame......

Okay, coming from a nurse this is not exactly what I would call medically accurate. I physically have to look away when they are doing compressions on patients because they are not NEARLY deep enough to actually save someone's life. However, I can look past some of the inaccuracies of the medical portrayals since I'm aware this may not be super obvious to non health care workers.

That being said, the drama is what kept me watching. Everything is average including the special effects, acting, etc., but it's a nice show to throw on if you've got nothing better to do since it has many interpersonal relationships within the character storylines. I enjoy watching the different personalities of the characters and am interested in learning more of their personal storylines if it gets renewed for another season.

It's decent. Ok it's not gonna win awards but it's enjoyable. Stop comparing it to other shows and enjoy it for what it is. Acting isn't bad at all, scripts are a little predictable but it's enjoyable and entertaining. The only issue I had with it (I binged it in one day) was the time jumping back and forth with flashbacks. Made it a bit confusing as to whether you were in past or present. Totally recognising some character traits from people I've worked with. People saying it's dull - no it's pretty close to real life! It's not as far fetched as other medical shows. Shame it came out at a similar time as The Pitt (I'm in uk and haven't got it yet) so everyone watching both are comparing!

I think the potential for this show will be lost due to is release date. I've been watching the Pitt which i believe is destined to become one of the great medical dramas of all time so to release this just after the Pitt has been released is a hugh mistake. That being said this show tends to fail across the board. Theres nothing new to be seen and the casting is just terrible, no likeable characters and a long list of miscasting. This will be cancelled after one or two seasons and i cant see it running any more. Its not bad, its just not that good. Seriously guys you should watch the Pitt if you need a medical drama fix.
