Wildcard Kitchen

Don't believe the haters this is a fantastic cooking show. I really like the idea that food network stars are really using their hard earned money in a fast paced and edge of your seat cooking competition. This is one of the best shows on food network in my entire life after watching boring and mindless cooking competitions that are a complete waste of my time. Wildcard Kitchen is a fresh and exciting cooking experience that will keep you coming back for more episodes each week. Just watch one episode and you'll understand why this is such an amazing show to experience in your lifetime. I hope you enjoy this show as much as I enjoyed it and have a fun time.

The first season was cool- wildcard times and general food challenge that normal people eat, like burgers and whatnot. Second season the put standard timers on each round- host started acting like a smartass and the had these oddball dish "ideas"... Keep it simple and you win. Get all "chiefy" and you're going to lose viewers.

I did like the up and comers on the show to teach viewers who the new cooks are... seems like they were brining on some older FoodNetwork grinders to maybe pick up viewers ??

Look at season one and get funny people on show who want to make an impression with viewers! Best of luck- I'll check season 3, if it makes it.

I've watched cooking competition shows for as long as I can remember and this is by far the worst of them all. The host is horrible he is subject to who he wants to enforce the wildcard on. This show I will never recommend, the guest coming on the show to judge are clearly looking for signs of competitors showing emotion after judging. Its like thats not even the reason you're here, they are switched up and randomized for a fair balance between competitors. I just hope this show does not come back or if it does fix the changes. Otherwise I will not recommend. If you are planning to watch dont.
