The Hunting Wives

From beginning to the end, I couldn't stop laughing because it was SO cringy. The dialogue was diabolical. The acting was horrible. So many potholes, and over the top things that the characters did. But the thing I couldn't do was turn this show off because it was a guilty pleasure. Very entertaining!

Every character in the show I hated besides Wanda. I don't understand how someone made this show and produced it and didn't find anything wrong about it. But the 7 is a little bit high but I really enjoyed the ridiculous storyline. But the acting omg 😂😂

I was looking forward to watching the show it caught my eye but honestly there's something about this show that's off. Idk if it's the characters or the acting but the show kinda sucks. Sometimes it's cringing like hard to watch or plain cheesy so I skip forward. The more episodes I watch the more I don't like it.

Why did Malik Ackerman agree to be in this poorly written soft-porn series, and nude no less? She is a very good actress that didn't need this kind of exposure to be relevent. Big mistake on her part. This is one of the worst series I have watched in a long time. Two episodes in, I'm going to skip to the last episode just to see who did it (althought it's pretty obvious). I've seen a couple of things with Brittany Snow, but it's like she's brain-dead in this one. OMG, such trash.

Entertaining. Bunch of nudity, and a slight step up from soft porn. It's not horrible, but it's not great. Has some funny moments, lots of sex. But definitely soft porn.

The actresses have a bit of southern charm to them, but there is no substance or plot or twist if you will. Some over acting and nakedness. That's the highlight.

The show begins with Sophie and her family that move to a Texas town. You watch Sophie navigate making new, bizarre friends with everyone carrying some sort of secret, trauma, or morally corrupt drama. Halfway through, it transitions from sex & scandal to a dark murder mystery. You won't be shocked when the truth is revealed, but watching the theories evolve will take you on a fun ride.
