For Hawa it is the first day at her new school. She gets to know Bilo, Titus and Kim. Adam wakes up after 3 years in a coma. He is told that he has to stay in the hospital. As the only patient in the entire hospital, it seems.
Hawa thinks Kim wrote in her book. Adam goes looking for the Hawa who writes in his book. During his search he stumbles upon the strange room 309. And then Hawa and Adam discover what is so special about their book.
Adam tells his parents about room 309. When he goes to take a look with his parents and the doctor, room 309 is empty. He must have imagined everything. Hawa tells Adam to take another look. Adam discovers that they are lying to him.
Adam flees from the hospital and searches his good friend Jakob. Hawa goes geocaching with Bilo and Titus, a hobby of Titus. Adam discovers that it wasn't Jakob who wrote him a card. Why would Sam lie about that?
Adam stays with Thomas. Thomas tells Adam that a virus is killing all 16 year olds and that to survive they all have to go into space. Hawa thinks it's a strange story, she has never heard of a virus. Adam has to get out of there.
Adam has left Thomas and makes a new friend, he tells him about Hawa. Hawa sneaks out of class to visit Adam. She is also looking forward to seeing Adam in real life. And then the time has come: Hawa and Adam's first date
Hawa is disappointed in Adam and would rather forget him. Adam is disappointed with his parents because they lied to him. Titus finds out where Adam Pius basketball practice, and convinces Hawa to go there with him.
Adam discovers that he and Hawa live in a different time. But Hawa has no idea, she threw away her journal. Adam realizes that the Hawa living in his time must be in SPARC-1. He contacts his friend Jakob and asks him to look for Hawa there
Hawa has regained her trust in Adam and now realizes that they live in a different time. When her mother is admitted to the hospital, she contacts Adam. He has to visit her mother in his time. Hawa wants to know if her mom will heal.
Adam convinces Hawa that they must change the course of history. They have to prevent that the virus breaks out, thus saving the world. To do this, Hawa and Adam go looking for patient zero.
Together with Adam, Hawa removes the fingerprint from the glass. With that fingerprint, Adam can break into Doctor Lucas' computer and thus find out who patient zero is. And that turns out to be someone they know very well.
Adam and Hawa want to prevent the virus from breaking out, so Hawa must become good friends with Kim. This is the only way for Hawa to go to Medico and prevent Kim from being bitten by the ferret from cage 22C.
