The movie plot is good, with good narrative and great comedic performance from Porchat. He is funny, Sandy is not, and that's okay.

For those criticizing Porchat's exaggerated acting, mannerisms and fast-paced pronunciation... What did you expect? That's who he is as a comedian, and that's what makes him Porchat.

Some of the jokes require some cultural knowledge. If you are not Brazilian, you probably won't understand all references and may have trouble finding it funny.

However, I must say, I'm Brazilian and my husband is Argentine... and we still had some good laughs and even cried at a point.

This is a lighthearted movie, great for anyone looking for a weekend distraction. Don't expect a cultural independent production fool of artistic notes and Oscar-winning acting.
