Jatt Nuu Chudail Takri

Senseless comedy is, unfortunately, an apt title for this film, as it represents a significant low point in Punjabi cinema. The story, if it can be called that, is utterly pathetic and fails to engage the audience on any level.

From start to finish, the movie is a wastage of both time and money. The plot is practically non-existent, and the baseless scenes only serve to bewilder rather than entertain. The humor falls flat, lacking any wit or charm, and instead relies on tired and unfunny gags.

The downfall of Punjabi cinema is often a topic of discussion, and "jatt nu chudail takri" will undoubtedly be cited as a prime example. It epitomizes everything that can go wrong with filmmaking-poor writing, lackluster performances, and directionless storytelling. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this one.

I don't know how this movie has 7.3 stars rating when it is just utter garbage! No storyline, No character development. No storyline at all and songs out of nowhere which makes no sense as context to the movie. Acting is also very bad. Just wastage of money to watch this in cinemas. Some vulgar dialouges as well although just a little bit but still they are present. Logic is nowhere in the movie to begin with. No worth!!! No expressions of main actors or any actors finding that the girl he married is somewhat a ghost or something and no emotions shown in movie at all. Some scenes are just there just to make the movie longer. Just don't waste your money on this movie!

From the moment the opening credits rolled, I could tell this movie was going to be a struggle. As the plot unfolded, it became increasingly evident that there was no substance to hold onto. The humor, if you could even call it that, was cringe-worthy at best, and the attempts at generating laughs fell embarrassingly flat.

Gippy Grewal's performance, which I usually enjoy, was a major disappointment. His over-the-top acting only served to exacerbate the already unbearable experience. Every scene dragged on with no purpose or direction, leaving me wondering why I hadn't walked out of the theater sooner.

If there's one piece of advice I can offer to fellow moviegoers, it's this: steer clear of this film. There are countless other movies out there that are far more deserving of your time and money. Trust me, subjecting yourself to this cinematic disaster is a decision you'll regret.

There are always some expectations from Gippy Grewal and obviously sargun Mehta but this movie's story was baseless! No point and comedy also was not that funny everything was happening so fast! May be it was the first produced movie from janni you guys need to make it smoothly we weren't even laughing expect from 2-3 scenes! Carry on jatta from Gippy Grewal and sargun Mehta's movies like Qismat and say saunkan saunkaney who beautifully they are made with full of emotions but this movie seemed emotionless (thinks so no retakes were done) Still the ending was good and the songs were good! 3 starts for it!

The film created by Vikas suffered from a significant lack of coherence within the first 10 minutes, resulting in a poor storytelling outcome. The plot progression was impeded, and the storyline seemed disconnected, which made it challenging for the audience to stay engaged. The overuse of audio also contributed to the audience's disinterest. However, the movie picked up the pace after B Prak's song, and continuity was restored. Despite this, the narrative could have been more straightforward and cohesive, resulting in a more enjoyable viewing experience. As a student of filmmaking, I have deep respect for the director and the Director of Photography, but unfortunately, the movie did not live up to my expectations. Nonetheless, I wish the crew all the best in their future endeavors and hope that they create better movies in the future.
