As I watched THE FOXHOLE I was on the edge of my seat from the very start. It has an eery feel throughout and the intense scenes really keep you captivated. John Kestner as Director did effective work of showcasing this story written by him and Bill Pierce. The "Aileen" character, portrayed by Sally Ann Francis, was especially convincing and impressive. Although certain scenes appear dark, the cinematography helped convey the moods and that makes you want to lean in even more. Overall, this impactful short film certainly makes you want to know more about these characters' lives. In that regard the film gives you an escape!
