    A breath of fresh air!

Yesterday After Tomorrow, an experience that really gives you that warm feeling throughout the duration of the film, an overdue hug that really feels right.

Being the first feature film for both the writer and the director respectively, Omar and Ghani do a great job at making the film genuinely fun and enjoyable.

The cast deliver their performances very strongly, with high notes to Lama, Ahmed, and Ismail, who were outstanding!

The music and soundtrack added a lot to the experience, really capturing the essence from the films core, with a somewhat nostalgic time travel film feel.

The comedy was almost perfectly spot on every time, a laugh-out-loud experience with its simple yet perfectly timed delivery with each character on screen!

After the recent release of heavy depressing Saudi films, this was truly a breath of fresh air!

This film is a very strong introduction to Hekaya Studios, and gives a promising overview on what's to come!

The first way to success is to recognize and admit mistakes

I admit that my English is not good, but I want this message to reach the right person.

    • The first mistake is choosing celebrities to act and not talented people.

    • The second mistake is not writing the text correctly.

    • The third mistake is repeating the same mistakes in all Saudi films.

    • The fourth mistake is not setting the appropriate tone as medium and moderate to suit all tastes of the Saudi and Arab people.

    • The fifth mistake is mixing the roles between the actor, reader, and writer.

    • The sixth mistake is not re-reading the text after acting by the correct person.

I hope that you will review these mistakes and we, as a Saudi people, hope that we will release a film that will win an international award as soon as possible. We have every possibility of success.

    Constrictive Criticism is Most

In order to develop our own Film Industry, we need to point out weaknesses to get better.

In different settings where survival scenes are performed, characters take their time to express their thoughts and feelings !! Really? Is that the right time?

Also, jokes sometimes are not at the right time. Characters are mostly likable, but it seems to be more improvising than planned.

Do not get me wrong. The movie is fun to watch except the time when everyone decided to express their feeling. That was really not needed or fun to watch.

I believe the movie deserves 4/10, but to balance out this unrealistic rating I put 1/10.
