Like how the crap is this rated 7.8 OUT OF 10!? When ever you get bullied via. text, email, etc. you DON'T write back! I have learned that when ever you get bullied via. email or text you just block their E-mail address and/or phone number. Also, comic sans, I can't make that up! Acting is off the charts in-terms of bad, you SHOULD call the police when you find a gun lying somewhere and you can see the shadows of the camera men. Cliché kicking over sandcastle bullying, I can see why you would want to stop bullying but... By making an terrifically dull move is not the way to go about it. So my final rating for this terrible piece of garbage is a -3 out of 10.
Thought "The Godfather", "Star Wars", "Goodfellas" and "Fight Club" are amazing masterpieces that simply cannot be topped by any other filmmaker of this generation? Think again! With "Cool Cat Saves the Kids", directed by the always impressive Derek Savage, it tackles difficult issues such as disability, bullying, pedophilia, schizophrenia, and the urge to dress as a cat that loves babies with such deft and well-crafted hand that comparing this to any other film out there would be nothing but shameful. This film is layered with complex and fully-realized characters (where else will you see a child skipping on the sidewalk? It's amazing!), multi-layered story lines that aren't always easy to follow but are engrossing nonetheless, terrific performances, top-notch editing, witty humor, and the much-discussed ending that allows audiences to ponder about Cool Cat's motivations and what would become of his future. It even has some clever social-commentary about the dangers of deleting YouTube movie reviews for "copyright issues" even though you're doing it just to hide your deepest emotions. Don't miss this!
It is, as Cool Cat says, "GROOOOVY!"

When this movie's creator pulls down criticism from YouTube such as IHE's video and who knows what else, you know it's bad. He uses copyright strikes through YouTube's incredibly broken copyright system as well as calling people who dislike the movie "haters" and "bullies" like some 13-year-old making Minecraft let's plays. Removing any reviews which don't praise the work does not suddenly make it good, and shouldn't fool anyone. The expectations this sets up are entirely justified - besides the terrible acting, shaky camera-work, and cringeworthy dialogue, this is probably the only movie that somehow still thinks large yellow Comic Sans is an acceptable font.
I'm struggling to find a way to begin this review because of how awful this film is. I may have said in my title that this is 'The Room' for kids, but I wouldn't say that The Room was as bad as this. The Room actually has that one scene that is decent where Tommy Wiseau actually recounts an experience from his life. This has what I can only describe as a future lawsuit with Hanna Barbera (due to Cool Cat's likeness with Top Cat characters) whose father is a human who makes risqué comments to his cat wife that I would deem inappropriate for a children's film. Firstly, I would like to point out that the antagonist is the least realistic bully on the planet. Everyone experiences bullying at some point in their lives, and this is not like ANY bully that exist anywhere or has existed ever. Bullies don't stand behind your car cackling like a cartoon as they send you cyber hate mail. Secondly, Daddy Derek is creepy. If kids were to see their own fathers acting like this, they would know that their mother is probably suffering and that they will be his next victim. Lastly, Eric Estrada is looking so bloody awful that I had no idea it was him. I thought he had hit a low point when he appeared in that My Name is Earl episode, but this must be rock bottom. In conclusion, Tommy Wiseau is better than Derek Savage. I am a student who is currently studying childcare and on placement in a nursery, and I'd rather show them The Room than this as it would make more sense to them, myself and the other members of staff.
Cool Cat Saves The Kids is a symbolic masterpiece directed by Derek Savage that is not only satirical in the way it makes fun of the media and politics, but in the way in questions as how we humans live life and how society tells us to live life.
Before I get into those details, I wanna talk about the special effects in this film. They are ASTONISHING, and it shocks me that Cool Cat Saves The Kids got snubbed by the Oscars for Best Special Effects. This film makes 2001 look like garbage, and the directing in this film makes Stanley Kubrick look like the worst director ever. You know what other film did that? Birdemic: Shock and Terror. Both of these films are masterpieces, but if I had to choose my favorite out of the 2, I would have to go with Cool Cat Saves The Kids. It is now my 10th favorite film of all time.
Now, lets get into the symbolism: So you might be asking yourself, Why is Cool Cat Orange? Well, I can easily explain. Orange is a color. Orange is also a fruit, and its a very good fruit. You know what else is good? Good behavior. What behavior does Cool Cat have? He has good behavior. This cannot be a coincidence, since cool cat has good behavior in the film.
Now, why is Butch The Bully fat? Well, fat means your wide. You wanna know who was wide? Hitler. Nuff said this cannot be a coincidence.
Why does Erik Estrada suspect Butch The Bully to be a bully? Well look at it this way. What color of a shirt was Butchy wearing when he walks into the area? I don't know, its looks like dark purple/dark blue. Why rhymes with dark? Mark. Mark is that guy from the Room. The Room is the best movie of all time. What is the opposite of best? Worst. This is how Erik knew Butch was a bully.
and finally, how come Vivica A. Fox isn't having a successful career after making Kill Bill.
I actually can't answer that question.
Well thanks for reading my review.

- TriviaIn 2015, numerous YouTubers posted negative reviews of this film. Derek Savage had almost all of them removed, claiming they violated copyright, though his announcement video contradicted that. The Youtubers fought back, and each review was put back up. Ironically, Savage bullied numerous people because he disagreed with their review of his anti-bullying film.
