Sonic: Lost World

I do like the gameplay, puzzles, graphics, etc. but the voice acting is awful. Most of the actors do a terrible job portraying the characters, and just make them stereotypes.

It's a sad irony that Sonic has gone from Mario's greatest rival to straight up copying him almost completely in this game.

For starters, the game's structure is the same as the New Super Mario Bros games: Grass, Desert, Beach, Snow, Forest, Sky, and Lava... JUST LIKE THE NEW SUPER MARIO BROS GAMES!!!

Second, the characters are immature than in Sonic 06 with Tails getting the most flanderization but recovered later on. Also, Sonic is more childish than his Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog incarnation.

And last but least, the Deadly Six... they are all just dollar store koopalings and are pushovers who are bad at their job! It's no wonder Eggman took over as the final boss, but he and Sonic should've just blown up Planet Hex together! So that nothing of value would be lost!

Thankfully, Sonic Frontiers is striving to get the series back to maturity and the IDW Sonic comics actually made The Deadly Six actually good villains that are real threats!

It just goes to show that copying your competitor instead of being yourself could bring down what makes you special.

Completed Sonic Lost World in one sitting recently and I thought it was surprisingly fun, considering I've been in the Sonic community for some time now and have heard bad things about it, I was shocked to see it has some pretty good gameplay, and even that I was playing on keyboard, some controls were a bit rough but it's probably a lot easier on controller.

While I wasn't really interested in the story, I still had a good time.

The dialogue was pretty hilarious, Roger was really sarcastic in this as Sonic, even though he usually is, I found he exceeded in the sarcasm in this one.
