The drama is so so cute the plot is smooth and gives you butterflies in your stomach the only flaw here is the delaying of the episodes which is the producing channel fault here
otherwise the drama is so good and the actors are really suitable for their roles
And of course I really admire Cha eunwoo and the effort he puts in all his dramas
He was so good in the past too but here he is soo perfect and his acting really improved alot I'm a big fan of him now
Also i love the chimestiry between the eunwoo and gyuyoung they are soo cute
It's my comfort drama now whenever I watch it I smile automatically
Can't wait for more episodes.
Light as a feather and very adorable. I fell in love from the first episode and it gets better and better. I don't usually watch ongoings, but this one is too tempting. The best recipe for rainy and dark autumn days - rewatch the first episodes. Can't wait for the next one!
The plot is rather refreshing, it doesn't have lots of twists so far, but it's really interesting. I feel for the main character, I'm also very afraid of dogs. Generally I won't watch a dog related drama, but the conflict here is amazing, the actors make it as true to life as it can be. The love story is only just beginning but I can tell that it's going to be a sweet one. The chemistry is already full on!

"A Good Day to be a Dog" is a lovely *TREAT* for avid Kdrama watchers who just want a nice romance Kdrama following a beautiful couple that have funny banter, extremely cute and butterfly inducing moments, and maybe a deeper, interesting plot as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how intimate, funny, passionate, and deep this show would be. 9.5/10.
There are some stereotypical plot points (dopelganger second life for this one), but this still feels very much like a "new wave" Kdrama in that each episode feels more purposeful and less like dramatic fillers to waste the audience's time and string them along. If you enjoyed Hidden Love, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Twinkling Watermelon, you will love this. I'm hooked and I've still got 6 episodes to go (at the time of writing this I've finished episode 10).
The main leads have fiery hot chemistry, just give it a bit (episode 6-8). The kiss scenes are some of the best I've seen! No spoilers but I caught a glimpse of Eunwoo's tongue in there... scandalous!!
It definitely has the "written by a woman" vibes, and since it's based on a Webtoon, that checks out. Every episode more that has passed I've felt more and more like I was being handed a personal gift by the creators of this show, who clearly took time to understand what Kdrama watchers enjoy before setting out to make this. Again, I felt that with both Hidden Love and Hometown in similar ways.
Speaking of Eunwoo, this is his best acting work ever and I love seeing him shine in a role very literally tailor made for him, featuring serenading singing scenes, a fittingly reserved/shy but passionate and loving character, and always, always outfits that expose his glorious forearm veins. He is perfect, perfection in this, and his female lead is also perfect.
The side characters are interesting and lovable as well, and I've yet to be bored. I usually watch Kdramas at a bit of a fast pace (literally, I will increase playback speed sometimes), but with this, I've been taking my dear time and savoring it. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

It's been a while since I watched this show. So it's not with a fresh memory. Maybe it was 2 months or 3 months ago, I'm not sure? I really think that just looking back on it I'm not loving the memories. I somehow just don't like the environment and atmosphere? Like the friends and family of the female lead and her abode weren't leaving strong impressions for me to want to go back and watch it again or anything like that. And the buildup of the plot was kind of slow and meandering at times. But I really like the plot and the interactions between the male lead and the female lead. It's very cool to see how they grow together and how they overcome their obstacles. And the premise of the show is very interesting and unique. It's a very cute show in a way. I'm pretty sure if you watched it you would be entertained. It's about someone who has a curse and she needs to have the curse lifted. She accidentally activated the curse from it's dormant stage and now has to break it.
This adaptation really brings the webtoon to life. I'm always worried that an adaptation will change too much about the original, but so far, the only changes made have been improvements.
The chemistry from the characters is really good. The romance is super sweet and I love how they communicate well. I've never been super impressed by Cha Eun Woo's acting in the past, but every character was a perfect casting this time around.
I started this review when it was still ongoing and unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it. The plot lost it's tension and importance and I feel like it should've ended sooner before boring itself out.
