An awesome feature debut from Jayden who has been making a name for himself online with his short horror films on YouTube.
The film has a great mix of action, suspense, thrill, horror, gore and drama. The score perfectly matches the tone at every instance creating a foreboding sense of dread and tension that you can feel from the very start through to the very end!
The performances from the two main female cast are incredible, bringing to life a truly horrific scenario of a drug addict mother with mental health issues trying to "revenge" kill her own daughter. The setting and locations all contributed perfectly to the gritty tone of a post flood devastated small Australian town.
The themes presented reflect heavily on family and the relationship between parent and child as well as what it means to feel safe in your own home. Since the core of the story all takes place in the one location the sense of home being a place of comfort and safety is instead transformed into a prison where the threat of violence and death is constantly lurking.
As well flipping the dynamic of a mother being the carer and protector of her children being transformed into a murderous and rage filled monster.
If you like supporting small budget Indi films and enjoy a thriller that explores some hard and dark themes then id recommend checking out this film!

I've actually been waiting so long to see this movie that I was expecting to be maybe slightly underwhelmed by my own expectations. Boy was I wrong?! This movie far exceeded my expectations!
Juliette Greenfield is amazingly talented & does such an amazing job at showing Missy's fears to the audience. Much better than one would expect from someone so young.
Kate Logan... I don't even know what to say but wow! I've met this woman in real life & what Annette displayed on screen doesn't exist in Kate. Even her eyes themselves seemed different, like she tapped into her inner crazy or something for the role.
Andy Sparnon played the role of Trent incredibly too, considering how sweet & gentle the actor is. It actually made me feel slightly bad for Trent, for a second!
Producer Jayden Creighton should be absurdly proud of himself for every aspect of thos film! You would struggle to believe that it was an incredibly low budget film, by a largely amateur cast & crew. It doesn't even have any of that typical Aussie "dodginess" to it anywhere.

Well, since I heard about this movie being made, I've waited patiently for it to be released in the UK, finally after what felt like lifetime I've managed to watch it.........
And all I can say is WELL DONE EVERYONE INVOLVED. A awesome movie, well worth the waiting, great acting, and great timings too. I jokingly mentioned that the producer is the next great to be show his work, experience and expertise, and he's not proven me wrong. Roll on the Oscars. ( I've love tickets lol ) .
Next real question is when's the next one being made produced?
Congratulations to everyone involved in the movie.

The acting is the worst i've ever seen. Unwatchable. The plot is basic, they obviously tried to incorporate jump scares but it's horribly executed. I understand low budget but this just goes beyond that. The blood looks pink, it's just a chaotic tornado of people running around with predictable outcomes. The fact that I'm taking the time to write this review shows how strongly I feel about the money I wasted renting this movie even though it wasn't much. Save yourself the time and money and just scroll past this movie. I expected it to be decent from the rating on the app but I don't know how it even got to 6. That is why I will honor it with the 1 star it deserves.

- TriviaJuliette Greenfield, who plays the protagonist in the film, had no prior acting experience. She beat out close to 100 applicants for the role. Her runner up, Sami Walker, plays Kayla at the beginning of the film.
