Dreary and Confusing

We were able to watch this with English subtitles and it was just awful. I expected it to be a bit of a downer as Lee Soo Hyuk was going around coughing, smoking and looking miserable and it said the story is something about a lung transplant but we thought it might at least make a suspenseful/interesting drama. In the end we gave up after 50 minutes. Meandering, confusing, low key and...what was the story exactly? Impossible to care about the characters or understand their relationships.

I'd like to add at least something positive but really there is nothing. Better luck next time to all concerned.
