There is no director or producer credited for this run of the series.

As regular director John Rooney is credited as "Series Producer" throughout, the most likely answer would be that he was fulfilling both functions under the one job title. This is confirmed by Bob Monkhouse in Episode #9.30 (2001), where he refers to Rooney as "producer-director".
