Very boring series with no story line and no thriller. They just made a joke of word Commando. Fully waste of time. Please don't watch if you are lover of crime thriller genre...The direction, songs, acting, comedy, choreography nothing is good. Hotstar is becoming boring nowadays. Half of the film story the had shown in the trailer. Rating of 1 out of 10 is also very good for this type of series.. How they can waste their money for this type of series? The acting of prem was so worst, no emotions no expression. Adah and Amit was little bit good to stop the viewers for a while.

At last, I will only say that "Worst".

Web Series Review: Commando streaming on Disney+ Hotstar

This 4 part web series is about Pakistan trying to use biological warfare against India. An Indian spy arrested by the Pak army & our daredevil commandos crossing the border, breaking into a high security prison in Pak to rescue him!! How very original 😡😡

Frankly I'm bored to death watching these Pak bashing narratives . This plot has been used so many times that u can write a review just by watching the first episode ( to set things in the rt perspective - I DID watch the entire series 😁😁!!).

The cast - Prem Parija as Commando Virat Singh looks ripped and handsome .. but his acting skills are a suspect!!

Adah Sharma as Bhavana Reddy is downright irritating with her Hyderabadi accent and is more of a comic character than a commando.

Vaibhav Tatwawadi's performance as commando Kahtij Mehra is just ABT passable. Not his fault .. a weak script proves to be his undoing 😞 Amit Sial as ISI chief Jaffer, like Tatwawadi is let down by a weak script.

Tigmanshu Dhulia as Sial's Indian counterpart (R&W Chief) gives a okay performance!!

After watching some brilliant stuff like Special Ops and Special Ops 1.5 this one is really not up to the mark . The benchmark set by KK Menon is too high for it to match.

To cut the makers some slack, there are a few well choreographed action scenes worth watching.

If u still decide to watch this despite my warning , the other saving grace is that the series has only 4 episodes which will cut down ur agony a bit ... Now that's some consolation folks 😁😁 Better luck next time Vipul Amritlal Shah 😞 . Bro get out of the 90s for heaven's sake , we r in the 2020's now !!

I watched this series and I really say we miss Vidyut Jamwal here. Overall I say it is time pass series not good not bad.

The trailer itself reveals the storyline of the series, so when we sit to watch, we already know what will happen. The only thing for which we should watch this series is the action and fight movie scenes.

Marathi actor Vaibhav has played the good character of Spy. Prem looks good but somewhere Adah Sharma is doing over acting. Those people who love to watch suspense and thrillers I asked them not to watch. And those who only like to watch it fighting is for all those people. So overall, it is a timepass.

This web series is nothing but A Pointless Addition To The Franchise That Doesn't Explore Anything New. An Unnecessary Sequel is a Cheap Knockoff. He moment the series starts, you know what will happen. On top of that, Commando (2023) has its brave guards of the country make such cliched and, frankly, stupid decisions that you'd be forced to roll your eyes to oblivion every few minutes. Plus, it doesn't help that this storyline has already occurred in some of Shah's own films from the past as well as other pieces of media. The dialogues, the way the story flows, and the screenplay everything is just recycled material in a Prem-ified package.
