I haven't seen the two movies before this one although I am aware of how they run.
This is a fairly solid piece of work. A house with history, a decent bad guy and a creepy premise. The direction is ok, the acting is good, the script is a little so so, there is plot plenty of tension and general creepiness.
Some of the plot points are a little weird. Such as the reaction when people are found in other people's houses, why does nobody call the police at any time? And the ending is a little strange.
Overall, I guess if you liked the previous two movies then this this will not disappoint at all.

Three is a crowd - no wait that's not it .. also no pun intended. In case you are similar to me you may not know that this is the third movie in a series ... the first one is 13 cameras ... and then 14 cameras was the second one. Now it is not only the title that is changing (or the amount of cameras) ... although to be fair, the second one felt a bit too close to the first one. Different but same, if that makes sense.
This one has a special twist (to do with the cameras I suppose), but it also tells the story a bit differently ... I would like to state that not everyone would "seize" the opportunity as the main character does here. It will be a bit tough to root for him - for that and many other reasons. The actor tries his best to make him at least a bit likeable ... especially towards the end ... but even having the shadow (and then some) of someone way more evil hanging over his head (behind his back?) ... well it ain't going to cut it ... might be the best of them all ... but still not sure if it is worth it all ... or worth watching all the movies just for a climax ... acting is quite good for the genre.

It's incredible to me that the '13 Cameras' series has somehow become one of the most consistently good horror trilogies. Three films and they're all great in their own way. '15 Cameras' changes the formula up a bit, but it does it in a really interesting and twisted way. This film was a blast.
I usually dislike horror movies where the majority of the film is set during the day, however '15 Cameras' proved that it can work. It also proved that you can have a dark and twisted film without someone having to die every 10 minutes. There is actually very little in the way of kills or even on-screen danger for the majority of the film, however there is still always an unease and darkness readily apparent.
I love the concept of a regular and good person being put in a chance position that corrupts them and turns them into something they weren't before. That is really interesting to me. This film was a good time. 8.5/10.

It's funny that this 'CAmeras' thing became a Franchise. 3rd in the CAMERAS TRILOGY (so far), made by Gravitas Ventures for the IFC Channel! I really enjoyed the first two and this 3rd one it starts out good! +1 Star for the opening!
Haha. The Slumlord Tapes? Now the guy is a slumlord eh? Funny.
Oh no! It gets a -1 Star for having a shower scene and showing no nudity! We have rules for our reviews!!!!
When his girlfriend calls him a DIRTY OLD MAN that was the one statement in the movie to which I could most relate!
Oh come on! The end sucks. Terrible Terrible thing they did. Shame on whoever made this. 4/10.

This one for sure had a very different vibe than the first two. While the previous ones were darker and creepier, this one was more light hearted and almost sillier.
As a stand alone I thought that this style and vibe was fine, but as a third in this series I didn't really think it matched up all that well and the cohesion wasn't there for me. Personally, I would have preferred it to have kept the same atmosphere as it's predecessors... but as I said, as a stand alone it was generally entertaining.
The acting was good across the board. The same as my sentiments for this movie within the trio, I feel similarly about the actor who played Cam. I thought he did a good job with the character and he is a good actor, however I did not like him in this movie within this series. I just didn't think his delivery matched the tone of the movie or the greater work as a whole.
Despite all of this, they still did a good job with this movie. As far as picture quality, shots and editing goes, this one was superior out of the three. They put a nice little twist onto it that made it stand out from the prior two and didn't just regurgitate the same movie for a third time. It was a positive experience at the end of the day and while it wasn't anything extraordinary, if you enjoyed the first two I would recommend you view this one as well.
