It's not like the usual medicine-doctor series . It has a bit of comedy and thrill in it. Not boring at all . Very engaging till the end . Ive enjoyed a show this much after a long time . Totally loved it . The chemistry between all doctors and paramedics was on point. If you are a medical student you would love it . Not even a single second is boring. This series has comedy/ action/ thrill everything in one . And watching this make me wanna opt for surgical trauma . You have to watch this , im surely medicine student would love it . Plus its a but informative too , regarding surgeries and all.
Being a doctor, I find medical shows a bit tricky, discrepancies put me off the show. But this one was good, CGI and effects were nicely done, Albeit one doctor round the clock on call, like shown for Dr. (anus), is not possible anywhere, let alone in a tertiary care hospital.
I liked it for its content, length, focus and driving the message about how trauma patients and medical services should not be so much about MONEY, lives should come foremost.
However, most annoying is the 'professor of surgery' being flabbergasted by trauma patient, simply declining surgeries and not having nerves. You do not become professor of surgery in a teaching tertiary hospital without literally thousands of operations. At that level of expertise, surgeons are calm, decisive and are not flustered by trauma or gunshot or such wounds. I understand that it provided comic relief - but specialist surgeons around the world would be squirming on such idiotic display- lol trust me.

I absolutely adored this movie, or shall I say series, for its brilliantly crafted plot. It's rare that I find myself so engrossed that I binge-watch an entire drama in just one day, but this one hooked me from the start. The scenes oscillated between hilariously funny moments that had me laughing out loud and gripping, intense drama that kept me on the edge of my seat.
While the characters themselves were often unlikeable, which was a testament to the exceptional acting, this only added to the allure of the series. It was fascinating to watch such well-rounded performances where the actors brought depth to characters that were easy to despise yet impossible to ignore. The writing was sharp, the direction was spot-on, and the production values were top-notch, making every aspect of this series truly lovable.
Kudos must go to the entire team behind this project - from the scriptwriters to the directors, the cinematographers to the costume designers, and especially the actors who breathed life into this compelling world. Every element worked in harmony to create an unforgettable viewing experience. I give it a solid 10/10 for not just entertaining but for leaving a lasting impression with its storytelling prowess.

This drama is based on a Korean webtoon, but it is meaningful in that it reflects the reality of Korea by using a famous real trauma specialist as a model. However, the drama is not heavy, and it has the charm of watching all the episodes until the end with the excellent acting of the various actors centered around the main characters, the fast development, and the appropriate wit and humor. Joo Ji-hoon, who plays the main character doctor, was a great casting for this drama, and it became a well-made medical drama despite the relatively small budget compared to other dramas. Now I look forward to the next season.
This is an excellent medical drama that is actually about the medicine rather than the medical staff seeing how many different places in the hospital there are where they can hook up. The three leads are great in their roles....the arrogant but extremely talented trauma surgeon; the young, insecure assistant and the feisty senior nurse. Ju Ji-hoon,, Choo Young-woo and Shin Ha-young bring these characters to life with just the right amount of arrogance, rookie anxiousness and steadfast foundation respectively.
The series has a perfect mix of dramatic medical rescues/surgeries and office politics with a small dose of comedy. Once I started watching, I couldn't stop. And now that I've watched all of the episodes, I pray that there will be a season 2 in the future.
