Shah Rukh Khan and Netflix have unveiled the first preview teaser for “The Ba***ds of Bollywood,” the anticipated directorial debut from the Bollywood superstar’s son Aryan Khan, while confirming a Sept. 18 premiere date.

The teaser drop comes alongside the reveal of a star-studded ensemble cast announced by Shah Rukh Khan, including Bobby Deol, Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Manoj Pahwa, Mona Singh, Manish Chaudhari, Raghav Juyal, Anya Singh, Vijayant Kohli, Rajat Bedi and Gautami Kapoor, with Salman Khan and Karan Johar in cameos.

Mere Husband Ki Biwi Looks like a laugh riot. Did you have fun shooting it?

Well, comedy is something that I enjoy thoroughly. I’ve done quite a few. Maybe the tone of Mere Husband Ki Biwi is a little different. But if I look at it, this is more of a social comedy with a slice-of-life feel to it. Mere Husband Ki Biwi is definitely different. The tone is a little front-footed. And also, I have not done a comedy where I get the punchlines. I have not done a comedy where I get to do physical comedy, which was very, very refreshing. I feel that women usually don’t get an opportunity to do that. So it was extreme amounts of fun.

Mumbai, 31st January 2025: Award-winning filmmaker Anuj Gulati’s film ‘WingMan’ starring Shashank Arora is set to have an exclusive screening in Mumbai.

The quirky comedy film follows Omi (Shashank Arora), a call center agent at a dating service whose life spirals out of control after his girlfriend leaves him, and he falls for another woman.

The film also stars Trimala Adhikari and Auritra Ghosh (State of Siege: Temple Attack). The music is composed by Tajdar Junaid, whose credits include the films Mukti Bhawan’ and ‘Axone’. The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Kumar Saurabh, known for the series ‘Bose: Dead/Alive’ starring Rajkummar Rao and the 2024 film ‘Bhakshak’, starring Bhumi Pednekar and Sanjay Mishra. The production design is by Prashant Bidkar (12th Fail).

Bollywood couple Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani, who will exchange wedding vows today, had a stellar sangeet ceremony. The sangeet was hosted by actor Riteish Deshmukh, who is close to Jackky’s family, and actress Bhumi Pednekar, who has been getting a lot of positive response of late for her latest release ‘Bhakshak’.

‘Bhakshak,’ a gripping crime thriller, has not only secured a prominent position in Netflix India’s top films but has also earned the coveted rank of number one.

“When you make a film, you don’t really know or cannot predict its fate or how people are going to respond to it.
