The duration of the movie is too short for the story it tells, it should not be less than 2 hours. The movie is told through the eyes of 3 people and towards the end it feels rushed, it would have been much better if we could have seen more character development. The shots are good, the scenes shot with a drone feel professional, it was shot in many locations, it doesn't always take place in the same place, the environment is constantly changing, which keeps you glued to the screen while watching. The acting is not bad, they feel like real people and a few actors are really good. It's a movie you won't regret watching.
I watched the film with a lot of prejudice, but it really broke my bias. It touches on many industries and discusses current issues. While the situations in the healthcare sector may not be exactly as depicted, they do reflect the reality. I've been following Efe Aydal for a long time, and honestly, I wasn't a big fan of his short films or sketches. I think this is why I was prejudiced against the film. However, I can say he has improved himself in terms of visuals and lighting. He has a misguided stance against antidepressants without proper knowledge, which, of course, is also reflected in the film's script. In summary i liked this as a film watcher but i don't like it as a doctor. But of course it's not a documentary. In my opinion, this project serves as proof that a good film can be made even with a low budget.
Theme of the movie is not an ordinary one. While innovation and realism have decreased in movie industry where everyone makes cliché movies, Beyaz Hap shows people real problems in life, the issues that no one talks about and internalizes.
I know the process and how crew created the movie under hard conditions, low budget and long term. They made gadgets, make-ups, prompts, equipments, shortly, everything themselves. I saw they made the best they can.
And I think Efe Aydal and his crew are visionary people. I believe they can get better and better after the years go by. Well done guys, respect.

Beyaz Hap is a thought-provoking dark comedy that delves into the lives of two young creators navigating the digital world. Suat Ipar delivers a compelling performance as Necati, capturing the nuances of a content creator's life. Selin Gencer's portrayal of Ceren adds depth to the narrative, highlighting the challenges faced by those seeking happiness in modern society. Director Efe Aydal masterfully blends humor and drama, offering a fresh perspective on the impact of 'happiness pills.' While the film's pacing may feel uneven at times, its unique storyline and strong performances make it a noteworthy watch.
Efe Aydal, a.k.a. Swiss pocket knife of making films, makes his first debut in a full-length movie, Beyaz Hap. I am someone who has witnessed how harsh the making of the movie had been and that it doesn't contain any "filler" scenes, which prevents the audience from getting bored. These are all positive sides of the movie. No matter how amateur the actors were, it still doesn't cause you to get out of the movie atmosphere as a viewer. It is a film that warns and gives a message to young people, especially against the influence of drugs and social media in today's youth. However, while doing this, he avoided being a cliché or boring the audience. The film manages to surprise the audience with both serious and funny scenes.
