like Kate Walsh but not much else

Judge Rebecca Wright (Kate Walsh) is a sexually-promiscuous hard-partying highly-inappropriate drunken single woman. She is not bound by the rules to the dismay of her superior Judge Hernandez (Miguel Sandoval). She has an on-and-off hookup with medical expert Dr. Gary Boyd (Ryan Hansen). Her best friend is her bailiff Tedward Mulray (Tone Bell). Tom Barlow (John Ducey) is the stuck up prosecutor.

I like Kate Walsh especially in this brash character. I would have liked it more if she is even more inappropriate. The rest seems to be stuck on together in a random sitcom bull session. The first episode has a kid that seems so important but then they abandoned him. This being a network show. She has to have a heart of gold. This just makes this feel like an edgy show that got networktized. It feels old and tired before it even gets started.
