Waking up from what appeared real, Leonardo receives a phone call-April has a new lead into the disappearance of his family. April, Casey, their son Benjamin, and Donatello's girlfriend Alice Porter join in the search for Michelangelo.

Michelangelo has finally been found. As the others determine what happened the brothers and Master Splinter, a new evil lingers over New York City; the son of the shredder Ken. But hold on, have they found another one of their brothers?

Alice helps Donatello Deal with his trauma. Ken, the son of shredder sends a new mutant after the turtles and their friends. A new clue points leads our heroes closer to finding the hot-headed Raphael, but is it another dead end?

Raphael and the brothers are reunited. Casey's grandmother's farmhouse is attacked by Brickman but Irma is defending the children. One of the henchmen is left behind. Who's there to question him? Raphael. But is he hiding something?

The son of the shredder Ken has opened up a portal into a parallel world to bring someone over into ours--who? The evil genius Doctor Baxter Stockman. Baxter Stockman learns of Ken's intentions; to bring his father Oroku Saki "the shredder" back from the dead.

Doctor Baxter Stockman has done it, he has brought back Oroku Saki "the shredder", but does he have bigger plans for his enemies than before? Taking a new lead into the whereabouts of their father Master Splinter, the turtles and their friends take off to Tokyo, Japan to find him.

As more portals are opening up around New York, the turtles and their friends must stop something calling itself Krang Prime? Wait what's an Utrom? The Shredder is after Donatello, but is there something wrong with him?

Our heroes go after Donatello who was captured by Brickman and Experiment 842. Alice is determined to get her boyfriend back no matter the cost. Donnie has learned the Shredder is back. Leo learns the truth around his family being taken.

In the finale after learning the truth of the vanishing sphere the shredder will do anything to get it back. Raph confesses something that tests his relationship with Donnie. Ken learns the truth of who he is. Superious Flees into a portal
