It is becoming evident that Maras's investment in eastern Serbia is going to gave a bigger role in events to come. While Car is doing his best to move away from a life of Crime, Maras continues his preparations for the inevitable war with Crveni.

After Car's last stand against Crveni, Maras must flee Serbia and hide everyone he cares about if he wants to save them.

Maras manages to flee Serbia and Bosnia to end up in Croatia. Lazar reveals to Sofija the true identity of Crveni. Political games regarding the South stream continue.

While Maras tries to contact Cesare through his croatian connection in Istria, the Americans and the Russians continue their efforts regarding the South stream.

Drka is found by Crveni's henchmen. Sofija continues to dig around Southern stream to help Maras with Lazar and Bojana. The Americans try to get Maras's ownership of land through Jelica, while Larisa unknowingly that Maras owns the land tries to buy it off the villagers. Maras's meeteing with Cesare does not go as planned.

Unexpected phonecall from Libero enables Maras and Baca to return to Beograd, but through Kosovo.
