Wild Life: The Lance Mackey Story

I saw this movie in the bear tooth theater in anchorage on its second showing I believe. I wasn't familiar with what happened to Mr. Mackey, and expected quite a different storyline. I have never seen a more raw, deeply personal, painful, yet touching story in my life. Perhaps you have found yourself remembering a lost loved one and came to realize that you weren't going to find another one like them. God made one of one at the factory. Someone who you not only loved in spite of their flaws, but someone whose flaws caused you to love. This film will bring you to that place, and that is what makes this one different. You will cry. More than once. God bless the Mackey family and thank you to all the filmcrew for introducing me to no small part of his life story.
