    From Abidjan to Berlin and back again

    This is a very odd and strange movie. You could tell that it was shot fast (actually 11 days seem a stretch, maybe they had a few days off). But I can't deny the enthusiasm the filmmakers had while working on it. It doesn't really seem to follow a straight line or a real narrative. It was a weird choice for a festival, but Berlinale isn't your regular festival either.

    Regular people (read=not actors) portray people on the street and you can see and hear they live there and know what they talk about. This might intrigue you (as might the "interludes", I don't know what else I should call those "poems"/stabs at philosophical(?) thinking coming up every few minutes) or it might annoy you to a point, that you won't be willing to continue to watch. I did watch the whole thing ...
