After multiple attempts to make the television series in to a movie, everyone seems to have given up. Until Hec Leemans, who makes comics based on the series, called everyone together saying 'there is public, the actors want it. Let's do this'. Sitting together they wrote ideas on big papers, setting out the story lines which finally lead to a first film.
