Kangaroo Island

Just saw Kangaroo Island with the family and rated it fantastic. From the storyline, actors, scenery and production it was a truly great move that kept you engaged for the whole movie.

Covering a wide area of values within the film of family,life,health, relationships,faith and natural environmental beauty it really is a movie that you can relate to in some shape or form.

Casting, music and production was brilliant!

Do yourself a favour and go see the movie before it moves on from Cinemas.... You'll love it!

From the very first scene of this spectacular South Australian film 'Kangaroo Island', I was hooked. It offered everything! Wonderful acting, authentic characters, love and family challenges, as well as picturesque scenery, ideal accompanying music and spot-on Aussie humour. I laughed, I cried and I rode the bumpy ride of the Wells family. A heart-warming, realistic insight into love and loss for a close-knit family, so perfect in their imperfections. Superbly directed and so well written, this is a must see film for all.

I absolutely loved this film. The story and acting were both excellent. I really loved the chemistry between Rebecca Breeds and Erik Thomson. It was filmed on Kangaroo Island in South Australia and I am embarrassed to say I have never been there even though I live in the state. I really need to rectify that. Until that time I can just see this beautiful film again.

I'm not going to write what every one else has written because it's all true and my saying it, went improve it!

I couldn't give a 10 because I did not like the final scene.... the credits rolled too suddenly. Another panning of the spectacular scenery while the audience contemplated what just happened would have been my preference.

Kangaroo Island delivers the perfect blend of heart and humour 🍿 Visually stunning, with standout performances that bring the story to life, this film is a triumph for South Australian cinema. A heartfelt and beautifully crafted piece of storytelling, it's one not to be missed.
