I loved this show.. it's hilarious and beautifully shot. And very relatable. The actors are fabulous and very funny!! I really liked the two leads relationship and how their friendship is portrayed. I've been through making a baby challenges and it was really refreshing to watch a show about this topic. Especially two women going through this together.
It's a bit Sex and the City meets 30 Rock meets Platonic! Great clothes/ friendship and excellent supporting cast .
Toronto looks beautiful and it was fun to see spots I recognized.
I hope there is a second season!! Watch and tell your pals!!

I absolutely loved this show! It's so refreshing to finally find a lighthearted comedy that represents what building a family looks like now for most of us. The struggle for wanting or not being able to have kids is real! But this show brings some humour and lightness to a really tough subject for most. These characters are so fun to watch as they represent peices of us, who stumble and get back up to work at creating the life that they've always wanted. It's an authentic story that is silly and will make you laugh out loud, with a touch of drama...and love that it includes Queer stories for us!
I watched this show while I was in a waiting room and I binged 3 episodes and couldn't wait to keep watching. Such fast pace funny situations true friendship and sisterhood. I then continued to watch it on my commute home on the Go train what a terrific show for exactly that. Episodes are short engaging funny. I loved the editing and performances and the music is really wonderfully knit in. The direction is sharp and I believe the world picture of all the characters. Yet have i seen a show on this subject matter handled w such heart and humor and love. Bravo to all involved. I'm hoping to see what happens in season 2.
Although I'm well past the age of trying to make babies I found Nestings to be an honest, quirky and laugh out loud romp through the realities of women going out and getting what they want...and as it turns out, the men too!
Each episode is a new ride of the awkward, funny, trivial and monumental aspects of the road they need to travel to secure their dreams of motherhood. Anna and Rosa are superb and relatable and are surrounded by an outstanding cast of men who all have a roll in making the dream come alive...or not.
The (mini) mini series are well designed moments in time in the evolving world of 2024 baby making. Cheeky and heartfelt I can't wait to see the messy funky Tiny House next season...and who is living there!

This is a really fun series that perfectly delivers on its premise! Short episodes that each stand alone but also build to a larger story, its pacing stands out as unique next to more formulaic stuff that feels tied to the network format. Anna and Rosa feel like grounded, lived-in characters (no doubt because it's semi-autobiographical) but they also elevate the comedy to absurd levels when it's needed. A shame that review bombers have got to it because I had a really fun time watching. Binged the season in a single sitting. Here's hoping season 2 can keep delivering on this unique and modern buddy comedy!
