A must watch movie for action comedy lovers. This film is just pure entertainment nothing more or less than that. Fahad carried the protagonist character in shoulder throughout the movie. He is the real game changer. If you liked romancham
then Aavesham will not likely tp disappoint you. This film will definetly satisfy the young ordinance and elders who enjoys films like rajamanikam or chattambinadu. The comedy scenes are so spontaneous and the action is well choreographed. At the soul of this movie lies in two things one is fahad's performance and the second is Sushin Shyam's music. Sushin's music uplifts the movie to another level. The film is technically too good.
Aavesham has a great 1st half and not that great 2nd half. It's a good mix of mass and comedy. It's mostly a FaFa show all through with some catchy comedic moments from Sajin. 1st half is a laughter riot and the whole theatre vibes was crazy. Sushin' music is so hip that it really ups the game in the mass scenes and as bgm. The new comer kids have done a really good job and they doesn't feel like freshers in acting. They also have plenty of comedic presence and felt fresh alltogether. Eventhough the second half lags a bit giving the feeling of trying to find the right pace and place, overall it's a good entertainer.
A full-on entertainer with a wildly fantastic Fahadh Fasil having so much fun. He is so good in this that the other main 4 actors who have done a brilliant job might go underappreciated. If it was any other film, they would have gotten a lot of praise but Fahadh is just ruling the screen here. I even forgot about Sushin's score after a point, which has as much importance as a character here. The comedy and the action worked great but it even brought an emotional element that worked very well for me. Towards the end, when the theatre was filled with laughs, I was having a hard time choosing to laugh or cry as it was emotional and funny at the same time. And that emotional part that is working in this movie with such a character, is something only an actor with the calibre of Fahadh can pull off. It was such a blast when the Illuminati song started playing at the end.

This movie is on par with romancham, jithu madhavan is proving to be one of the best directors out there. There's mass, there's comedy, FaFa show through out!!! Amazing movie and a good treat for vishu! Sushin shyam as he mentioned, scene maatti crazy bgm crazy fight scenes. All the characters have performed really well in the movie, being from bangalore i could totally relate to the college life here, one of the best visualisations of a bangalore rowdy this movie is perfect for families and college goers alike. Cinematography was good as well. There was a small lag until fafa enters, but after that its just EDA MWONEEEE.
Aavesham is a Malayalam action-comedy that effectively leverages the star power of Fahadh Faasil. The film, directed by Jithu Madhavan, presents a simple plotline of three engineering students who seek the help of a local gangster to avenge their bullying.
The Good :-
Fahadh Faasil's Performance: The undisputed highlight of the film is Fahadh's energetic and unhinged portrayal of the gangster. He effortlessly switches between comedy and action, making his character both hilarious and intimidating.
Mass Appeal: The film is packed with commercial elements like catchy songs, stylish action sequences, and ample humor, catering to the mass audience.
First Half: The first half is a laugh riot, with the comedic timing of the characters and Fahadh's over-the-top antics keeping the audience entertained.
The Not-So-Good :-
Thin Plot: The plot is fairly straightforward and predictable, lacking depth and originality.
Second Half: While the first half is engaging, the second half loses some momentum and could have been tighter.
Character Development: The supporting characters, especially the three college students, could have been developed better to add more depth to the story.
Overall, Aavesham is a quintessential mass entertainer that delivers on its promise of providing mindless fun. While the plot might be simplistic, Fahadh Faasil's charismatic performance and the film's energetic pace make it a worthwhile watch for those looking for a commercial dose of entertainment.
