It's Your Birthday Party with Rainbow Brite and Friends

Bettina Bush does the speaking voice of Rainbow Brite in this movie but not the singing voice. This is because the production company of the live action movies was not the same as the production company of the television show. They apparently didn't know Bettina could sing. By the time they found out, it was too late to rerecord her doing the singing parts.
