The best part of this movie is the end credits - at least they are short! The acting is secondary school, music is juvenile, the camera work is poor throughout especially the in car shots - they just reinforce that the 'driving action' is not believable. If that is not enough for you then to top it all off the plot line is so dumb 'predictable' would be over complimentary. The basic idea of this movie is kinda 'Top Gun' for cars, but is really a story for those who know nothing about cars and car racing, live in a hick country town and maybe one day dream of owning a Toyota Celica or Subaru WRX. If you are 12-13 years old you might like this movie otherwise avoid it.

So the first movie 'Born To Race', I really enjoyed! The sequal on it, which is Fast Track is a little different tho. It's to bad they changed the actors who played Jake and Danny. But still, not a bad movie tho! Still enjoyed watching it, just like the first one!

This doesnt even deserve a 1 star being that only one actor from the original movie is here, they ruined the series by changing the cast COMPLETELY. If there was a racing series that i would watch definitely not this, the first movie was too notch especially being a low budget movie, and this one deserves all the hate its getting plus more, i vote they do a replay of the movie but better and with the original actors. If they cant get the original actors then they should not have made the movie at all, for anyone that wants to pay for this movie, i promise you its not worth it, im sorry for the ones that did pay.
