This movie is stupid and the main character is really stupid but oh my gosh there is some really funny stuff in this movie!!
The stupid idiot scenes were worth it for some of the truly hilarious moments.
Patrick Warburton is funny as usual.
There were some great cameos in this movie.
If you're a fan of the movie airplane, there's one really great seeing that I'm not going to spoil.
I was a flight attendant for a few years and that made this film more enjoyable for me.
.
Adding some characters to fill the required character limit which is so stupid on here so that I can finish up my review lol.

The entire movie I was on the edge of turning it off and walking away. I didn't, it had just enough to keep going 'another ten seconds' but by the end, wished I had.
Really funny, caught me off guard. A funny sense of humour. I rewatched it the same day. Its one you can rewatch. They're the good ones.

It loses a couple points as it's mildly insulting to cabin crew suggesting we're only there to serve food, however it was a funny movie and definitely worth a watch. It's slapstick kind of humour so yeah it's immature. If you liked naked gun this is similar.
This is a great movie to watch if you're not sober. Somewhat reminiscent of early 2000s comedies and Mark Feuerstein shows a his comedic abilities despite mostly not being a comedy actor. I found this movie to be hilarious. Was the plot great? No, it was silly, but in a good way. Here's the best way to put it: if you are the type of person who wants to sit down and watch some serious movie like The Departed or The Martian, you'll hate this, but if you want to sit down and watch something that's the best kind of stupid humor that we all at least somewhat enjoy, you'll enjoy watching this movie. Not all of the jokes are tasteful, but this isn't supposed to be some serious film looking for an Oscar, it was made to be funny and that's exactly what it is, a funny movie that you don't have to pay full attention to to enjoy. Totally worth watching if you want to watch something just to laugh. It's the definition of a late night comedy.

- TriviaWhen Larry is on the elevator to the union meeting he says "Surely you can't be serious." When Julie Hagerty responds he replies "but should I stop calling you Shirley?". This is a reference to Y a-t-il un pilote dans l'avion ? (1980) in which Hagerty also stars as a flight attendant.
- GoofsWhen Larry gives the safety spiel, he says the plane is a 737, but seating configuration indicates it's a wide body.
- Crazy creditsAfter the credits, there is a scene with the editing director who just finished reading the book
